The time for Self Improvement is now

The world is undergoing a unique revolutionary change in as far as human achievement, life improvement and success are concerned. The Principle of Non-resistance

We have all read about and lauded Mahatma Gandhi for his unique application of the Principle of non-resistance in his successful fight for the defense of India against a British
imperialism. Gandhi’s methods in many ways demonstrated the universal laws of Allowing and Detachment.

The reason we have difficulties with manifesting our desires is that we prevent the universe from bringing them to us because of our obsession with the outcomes and our trying to force these results through our actions. Life then becomes a struggle because we create in reverse or by default. We feed the never ending law of cause and effect- “for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”  We should be clear on what we desire to manifest, trust the universe to bring it to us and detach ourselves from the outcome. We should allow.

This does not mean that action is not necessary, but action should be determined by our level of vibration, and is the last stage in the creative process. We tell the universe what we desire to manifest through the power of visualization, but we should not become obsessed with the outcome or try to force a result. We should focus on our desires until we feel the right vibration, and we should detach ourselves from the outcome by having the utmost “certainty” or faith, if you will, that what we desire to manifest will be brought to us by the universe. (More so, we should not focus on the lack of money, for money is only the means of buying the experiences we need as far as these desires are concerned- inherently, the money has no value.)

At this point, when we are feeling good about ourselves despite the lack of money, the universe will supply our desires-it could be by providing the money for the experiences we desire, or by showing us a way to acquire the money. But the universe may find other ways of supplying these desires to us without us actually having the money (even though money may be needed for what we desire to manifest it may actually be supplied by someone else.) When we operate on these laws of allowing and detachment we will know how and when to act. Action then becomes smooth and effortless and we do not experience a sense of struggle.

So, let us stop obsessing about money or let us remove any other deep seated limiting beliefs that we have, such as I am not worthy, I don’t believe I can have wealth, I am unlucky, I was not born to achieve etc, etc, etc. We must stop playing these records in our heads, for ultimately they inform our subconscious mind and form the blueprint for the reality that we manifest. Mind Reversal Affirmations

In order to effectively get results from Law of Attraction, one has to reverse the negative thinking that he/she has been programmed with from birth. Law of attraction works all the time, just like any of the Physical laws but it brings to you whatever resonates or vibrates with your thoughts. If you are trying to focus on the positives and not reaping results it is because you have internalized deep seated limiting beliefs standing in your way.

If you want to remove these limiting beliefs stopping your progress the you must do mind reversal affirmations. We have been programmed to 'want' so much that Law of attraction always keeps us in a 'wanting' position. We must learn to utilize the Law of deliberate Creation in which we purposely create what we desire to manifest by positively keeping them in our thoughts, instead of creating by default.

If we leave our life to chance, Law of attraction will reward us by default, that is, give us positive results only when we send it positive vibrations (In the few moments when we feel good and happy.) We must learn to live 'in the now' that is, feeling good and happy despite our external reality. We can only do this when we think and believe that what we desire to manifest is already on its way to us. We must give thanks for it, just as we would if we had received it. In other words, we must think truth, despite appearances.

Here are some affirmations I have used to counter negative thinking and to focus on what I desired to manifest. To manifest you must start from a position of certainty and you can only do so when you accentuate the positives.

These are the affirmations for results.

It is not about getting, it is about giving. If you keep thinking about getting all the time, Law of attraction will ensure that you will always be doing this. Giving, on the other hand, opens the flow of abundance and you receive four fold, usually not from those you have given. This is one of the most practical aspects of the law, you should try it. So, you might say, but I have nothing to give. You have many things even if you don't have money. Give a smile, give a hand, give of your time and energy to worthy causes. Give whatever you have to give and give it willingly.

It is not about wanting, it is about having. Let us look at it this way: instead of walking around daily with all those negative thoughts bombarding your mind: 'I want this' I don't have that' 'how am I going to pay my bills?' 'where am I going to get the next meal?' 'how am I going to send my kids to school?' and so on. Why not smile and think that you have it all already and just say thanks. Believe me, it will make a world of difference. If you think 'Having' the Law of attraction will create the circumstances  for you to have.

It is not about scarcity, it is about abundance. Very often we give in to our negative thoughts and emotions because we were programmed to believe in 'scarcity,' and that we have to struggle to get what we desire to manifest. The universe is abundant and sufficient for all of us to achieve our very wildest dreams. There is no scarcity, and those who have attained cannot and are not robbing you of yours. Correct thinking, or thinking by law will bring you whatever you desire to manifest.

It is not about doubt and fear, it is about certainty and gratitude. This is the greatest of all the affirmations because it touches the emotions and it is through positive emotions that we resonate positive vibrations and allow the universe to manifest our desires. Fear and doubt disappear when we begin  desire to manifest from a position of certainty; that is knowing and believing that we have it already on the metaphysical level, and it is on its way to us as we vibrate our positive thoughts towards it. But it is the profound gratitude that we express daily that will crush the doubt and fear and positively send out vibrations that will manifest our desires. Giving thanks daily is therefore a must in your program of transformation. We must give thanks for what we know is true (abundance) despite appearances (scarcity.)

By just repeating all the highlighted phrases above daily, you will find that negative thoughts will begin to take a backseat and you can plan your life along a path of certainty.

Get anything you want by changing your thinking

Money is hard to get for most people. Money can be easy to get for other people. Why is that?

Growing up we aren't taught the proper way of thinking about money. High school doesn't teach us anything useful about it. College doesn't teach any real-world knowledge either. And our parents don't teach us how to think properly about it because they've never been exposed to the laws of attraction that govern the accumulation of money.

Wealthy people know how to THINK about money in the correct way. They learn the proper way of thinking about it to attract it to them. The have discovered the natural laws of attraction that affect how much money enters into their lives. And anyone can learn how to put these laws of attraction to use to increase the amount of money they accumulate.

You may laugh this concept off and say it's b.s., but believe me, wealthy people know the power of these truths. A wealthy person who knows how to think the proper way to attract money can lose every dime they have and by applying these natural laws they can become wealthy again in a short period of time. It happens all the time.


By changing your way of thinking...

Let's take a closer look at the natural laws of attraction concerning money. These laws can be used for finances, relationships, health, and any other area of your life. If you continously think about how little money you have, how hard it is to pay the bills, and how difficult it is to earn more money guess what will happen? You will continue to have only a little money, continue to struggle to pay the bills, and continue to earn what you now earn.

Why is this? Because the natural laws of attraction promise us we get what we think about. If you always focus your thinking on your lack of money you will always have that lack. If you always think about struggling to pay the bills you will always struggle. You get what you think about and this is a truth you cannot escape.

How can you change your thinking about money and put these powerful natural laws of attraction to use? It's a simple process, but it's not easy. It takes a concentrated effort throughout the entire day on your part to consciously realize how you've always thought about money and then make the effort necessary to begin to think differently.


The first step in learning to use the laws of attraction is to be GRATEFUL for what you now have in your life. If you have food, shelter, and clothing you have the basis to change your life by changing your thinking. If you have a decent job, a comfortable place to live, good running vehicle, good family, and some creature comforts you need to take a deep, hard look at these things. You need to write down everything good in your life and realize you could have a lot less than you now have.

You need to be very grateful for these things you possess. Most people aren't grateful for what they already have because they are always thinking about what they don't have. To be grateful for what you now have imagine that you lost everything TOMORROW! You must start over without anything you now possess. You have no job, no home, and no vehicle. Believe me, it happens. Does this thought help move you to be thankful and grateful for what you now have? It should.

It doesn't matter if you earn $15,000, $25,000, or $75,000+ per year. Once you are grateful for what you have your thinking begins to "shift" from your previous way of thinking. You realize how fortunate you are compared to other people. You begin to have an "awareness" of your thinking, and your life, you did not have previously. This awareness opens you up to the next step in the law of attraction.


The next step in putting the natural laws of attraction to use for you involves "expectation." It's now time to concentrate your thinking on expecting more good things and more money to come into your life. You now consciously "shift" your thinking away from what you don't have and concentrate on what you want. You concentrate on being grateful for all the good things that are on their way to you. Even though they may not be here yet you know in your mind they are coming to you. When you constantly are thinking and focusing on more money coming to you guess what happens? More good things, opportunities, and money begin to show up in your life.

You are no longer focusing all your thoughts on what you don't have and what a struggle your life is. You get what you think about. You're now focusing on the good things in your life and you're open to receive the abundance that is on its way to you. You have "shifted" your thinking from the bad to the good and this is very powerful. This opens you up to the laws of attraction and they begin to work in your life.


What you have just read is very powerful information. You may never have been exposed to this way of thinking. Don't feel bad, because most people have never been taught to think this way. We've all heard of thinking positively, but learning about the laws of attraction are much deeper and more powerful than positive thinking. If you can "see" the truth in this way of thinking and can "shift" your daily thoughts to focus on the good things you now have and expect more to come to you then you must take time to learn more about this new way of thinking.

There are many books and websites that will help you to grow. You need to read and learn. This short article cannot provide you will all you need to make these changes. It's difficult to think this way throughout your day, but the more you do it the easier it gets. You will eventually think this way all the time and at that point your life is changing drastically.

We concentrated on attracting money into our lives in this article but this way of thinking will work in all areas of your life. It has totally changed my life in 2 short years. My financial situation, my family life, and my health have all improved. I went from always thinking about what I didn't have in my life to being grateful for what I do have and all that keeps coming to me. My daily attitude is different and my life will never be the same.

The Impact of Lacking Self-Esteem on business professionals

Studies show that at least 85% or more of the world's people suffer from some degree of lacking self-esteem. Although one might think that such challenges are only characteristic of the poor, uneducated, or lower socio-economic members of society, people from all walks of life can suffer situational or more widespread challenges with their levels of self-esteem.

Many very successful business people lack self-esteem in some areas of their lives. Perhaps they feel socially challenged or they have difficulty establishing close or intimate relationships. Perhaps they experience low self-esteem with regard to their physical appearance or their health. Perhaps they are not having any fun in their lives, maybe devoting too much attention to their work. Many "successful" people are driven to succeed. They compensate for feeling deficient in other areas of their lives by working harder and finding a place they can excel through their work. This provides them with a new focus where they can win but it doesn't fulfill their neglected needs in other areas like relationships, recreation, personal and spiritual development, health and appearance and their ability to lead balanced, fun, and fulfilling lives.

It's not that there is something wrong with finding an occupational niche where one can be successful and feel good about oneself. However, many of those lacking self-esteem in other areas find themselves driven to accomplish, driven to prove their worth. Since business is an area where they can shine, they neglect other areas to focus excessively on business.

However, since their actions are built upon the erroneous belief that they are somehow not good enough, somehow defective or unworthy of being fully loved and accepted, there is little lasting satisfaction even in the arenas where they can excel. It's as though they are climbing a ladder with the top of the ladder in the clouds. They think that if they can just climb high enough, they will be successful. They will have proven their worth. They will find satisfaction, happiness, and fulfillment. However, as they climb higher and higher, they never seem to arrive. There are always new goals and objectives challenging them to prove their worth. The more they achieve, the more they have yet to go. Try as they will, they never seem to fully measure up. Or, if they do, it is short-lived and fleeting at best. There is no arriving to the point where they find what they long for so badly - the peace of mind that comes from self-love and self-acceptance.

Because the foundation of their ladder is grounded on quicksand, they often find themselves sinking as rapidly as they climb. In fact, from their perspective, they will never reach the perfection they seek so badly. They will always find evidence to highlight their flaws and reinforce their fears of being unworthy, unlovable, defective in some way.

In addition to the cost of never finding true happiness, long-term fulfillment, or peace, lacking self-esteem impacts business people in many other ways. For example, by not getting to the source of their self-esteem issues, they sacrifice their personal power, their ability to best pursue their life purpose and fully manifest their gifts in the world. If our energy is spent by being preoccupied with our weaknesses or being incomplete with our past, we can never be fully present to today and so we sacrifice our true potential to be our very best. Our relationships suffer as we will misinterpret the words and actions of others in a way that invalidates us and has us feel badly about who we are. We may be so driven to prove we are good enough that we sacrifice our personal effectiveness and charisma by focusing on ourselves and our deficiencies rather than on the wants and needs of others. We may play small and hide out in social situations or whenever the possibility of looking bad or "being found out" comes up for us. Or, we may overcompensate and turn to workaholic tendencies out of a desire to prove our worth to others or to ourselves. Because of this misdirected focus, we trade our ability to impact others maximally and to best contribute our gifts to the world.

By raising self-esteem, we will realize a wide variety of benefits in our professional and personal lives. Those with high self-esteem are more effective in their communication and more likely to establish richer, more rewarding relationships. People with greater self-confidence possess a more positive expectation for the future. They feel good about their ability to accomplish a result and so they are more proactive, are in more focused action, and have less of a tendency to sabotage themselves along the way as those lacking self-esteem typically do. Those believing in their abilities are less driven to prove themselves as worthy and so they are less prone to burnout. They relax more and tend to have fun more often and are less stressed since they have less to prove. Those with a higher self-image are also more likely to savor their accomplishments rather than find ways to invalidate them.

In their personal lives, people with elevated esteem tend to be more at peace. Couples possessing high self-esteem typically fight less with each other and tend to do better in sustaining long term relationships. Because they are less likely to be invalidated at the slightest provocation and are less likely to fear being dominated by their peers, they tend to get along better with others. Being less scarcity-based, they tend to make time for both work as well as recreation and passions rather than being driven to prove themselves worthy in those areas where they feel deficient.

The message of "The Self-Esteem System" is simple. No one needs to settle for a dimmed existence due to a lacking sense of self-worth. Most people either make up or buy into thoughts that there is something wrong with them, that they are somehow inadequate, not good enough and not worthy of being loved and accessing all the good things that life has to offer. If they are willing to examine their past to get to the source of their resignation and diminished self-esteem, they can reinterpret what happened to them in such a way that they can heal and complete the past and eliminate negative self-talk while making a conscious decision to live their lives from a decision to strive for excellence and contribute to others. By developing a firm belief that they can impact people and the world around them and that they are, in fact, very worthy of receiving life’s blessings, they will manifest happiness and fulfillment.

The answer to escaping the vicious cycle of lacking self-esteem, diminished confidence, and the never-ending, frustrating quest for fulfillment lies in the 3 step process as laid out in detail in The Self-Esteem Book. The process starts with healing one's past so that it no longer robs us of energy and consumes our attention. We do this by reinterpreting the upsetting events of our childhood in a way that involves empathy, forgiveness, and gratitude. We create empathy for those who said or did things that hurt us and caused us to lose esteem by asking the question "What could it have been like in this person’s world for them to have acted as they did?" This is not the same as condoning hurtful behavior. It is simply making the observation that they acted in alignment with how they viewed the world. As a child we gave these happenings meanings that resulted in our decision that we did not measure up in some way to the standards of perfection we set for ourselves. We can then make a conscious decision to both forgive those who hurt us and forgive ourselves for the mistakes we made. And lastly, rather than focus on our weaknesses, we can decide to be grateful for our strengths and gifts. We can learn to acknowledge ourselves for the things we do well and for the unique, special gifts we bring to the world.

Once the pull of past ghosts is complete, we can then turn our attention to properly analyzing our present state of affairs. We can identify what's working in our lives and what's missing to support living an upset-free life in choice, a life that honors our most important values and inspires us to live passionately. We can analyze each of the six predominant areas of our lives: our health and physical appearance and makeup, our occupation or life's work, our wealth and finances, our relationships and family, our spiritual and personal development, and our fun, recreations, and passions. We can highlight our strengths and decide to work to improve upon the things that we see as lacking in each area.

And finally, we can take that magic wand that is our birth-right, wave it over our lives and design our future deliberately. We can choose to do so in a way that excites us, as we cast off that gloomy state of low self-esteem, unhealthy resignation and self-pity that no longer supports us. We can create a vision for who we are and the qualities for which we wish to be known. We can decide how we will spend a typical day at work or at play. We can envision the things that we will have around us in our lives, including such things as where we will live and with whom. And we can decide how our lives will be spent so that we honor our most important values, who we will contribute to, and what passions and gifts we will focus on manifesting. We can decide to read such a written vision daily and replace our negative self-talk with powerful affirming statements that support our self-worth. In short, we can live with the intention to honor our God-given magnificence and lead happy, fulfilled lives that fully contribute to others as we embrace our humanity and share the unique and special person we are with the world.
